The location was ideal for exploring the city with easy access to local attractions. The facilities, including the gym and pool, provided a great way for our family to unwind together. The room was clean and appeared as advertised online, which was a relief for our stay.
The lack of wardrobe space made it difficult to store our belongings.

Celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, we found a delightful surprise in our room, complete with decorations and a donut. The proximity to the bus stop made accessing the city straightforward. Enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the friendliness of the staff. the carpet cleanliness was questionable, as it appeared dirty and poorly maintained, and the breakfast lacked variety, offering only a basic selection of items like boiled mushrooms and cheap sausages.

Had an awesome weekend with my friends! We loved the comfy beds and enjoyed exploring historical sites like the castle and Arthur's Seat. The breakfast was pretty decent too, and the staff was friendly. Pro tip, check out the club rooms for a great experience and nice amenities!
We did encounter some noise from traffic at night, but it wasn't too bad. Just remember to check the window locks if you're a light sleeper.

The staff were quite friendly, especially the lady who checked us in and kindly upgraded us to a club room. And the coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, nothing like a great cup of coffee to start your day right.
It wasn't cheap, but given the amenities, I'd say it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Dec 22cozy roomnice poolpoor breakfast
Upon arrival, I noticed the housekeeping left a lot to be desired—previous guests' hair in the bathroom and a dirty shower tray caught my eye immediately. The breakfast setup felt underwhelming, lacking fresh options and leaving out anything truly appetizing. Also, the gym and pool are open to the public, which made it feel busier than you'd want just for a guest experience.

The warm check-in had me feeling at home right away, and the shower pressure was just awesome after a long day. I loved the heated pool and the relaxing steam room, so perfect for winding down. The only hiccup was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

The hotel had these amazing leisure facilities with a pool, steam room, and sauna that I took full advantage of both mornings. Plus, that walk-in shower in my room was a game-changer, felt like a spa right there!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still fine for what you get.

Comfortable beds and great amenities
I recently spent two nights and enjoyed the spacious Club Room, which came with access to the gym and pool. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and I appreciated the helpful staff who made check-in easy. On the downside, the breakfast selection could use improvement, as there were limited hot options during my stay. it was a great experience and I would consider coming back for a weekend getaway.

I had such a fab experience at this hotel! The club room was spacious and the comfy bed with blackout blinds made my sleep truly restorative. The on-site Starbucks was a delightful morning treat, and I absolutely adored the spacious spa and pool that helped me unwind after a day of exploring.

We had a fabulous time exploring Edinburgh, soaked in its rich history and vibrant culture. The hotel was a great base for our family, just a short bus ride from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Our room was cozy and perfectly suited for the kids.
In my wife’s opinion, having a mini-fridge in the room would have really helped with keeping snacks and drinks cool for the children.

The stay was solidly enjoyable due to the well-appointed room, which was both quiet and clean, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The breakfast offered an excellent selection, featuring freshly baked pastries and quality coffee that fueled my busy work schedule. the location was very convenient, allowing easy access to the city center via nearby bus services, which complemented my professional needs perfectly.
A minor inconvenience was the slow service at breakfast during peak hours, which led to a longer wait time than expected.
